FACILITY RENTAL PRICING

Evergreen Hall has a seating capacity (with tables) of 210 people. The hall has been home to many weddings, celebrations of life, family reunions, cabarets and much more!

With your hall rental, you have access to our fully equipped kitchen, bar, industrial cooler and stage inside the hall. Outside the hall, there is lots of room for camping. You also have access to our horseshoe pits, camp kitchen and playground.

NOTE: A Security Deposit of $300 is required for all bookings and will be returned after a walk-through inspection following the booking.

Payment in Full is Required At the Time of Event.

​

Cancellation Policy: 50% of deposit will be refunded if cancelled 120 days prior to rental date. Cancellations made less than 120 days are non-refundable.

Viewing: The first pre-booking viewing of the facility (if requested) is complimentary. Additional viewings required may be subject to a $50 charge.

​

**You must provide proof of hall rental insurance at the time of rental.
